I can send you a copy of mine, but you need to review anything you come up with with a contract attorney for your state. There are a lot of contracts that are floating around on here that had things that wouldn't have been legal in my state, so make sure that what you're putting in yours is legal where you are. I have a 2 part contract. I have them sign he Policies & Procedures contract when they secure the date with a deposit. Once the details of the cake are decided, I draw the Cake Contract for signature.
