Hi! I'm making a 6" 8" 10" cake with about 2 inches of space between the cake tiers. I want to place the roses all the way around the cake in the spaces between the 6 and 8 and 8 and 10--how many roses should I plan on? I realize that not all roses are the same size, but what would be a safe guestimate? Thank you!

That depends on the size of your roses. Calculate the distance you need to cover (use the pans & a tape measure). Once you have those, you can figure out how many you need.

For buttercream roses all the way to the edge, I'd guestimate 64 total. (21 between the 6 and 8, and 43 between the 8 and 10.)
