Freaking Out! Help!

I have a cake to deliver for tmrw - it;s a gift box cake - and when I assemble the bow that goes on top it won't stick together. I have tried w/ butter cream and royal icing and its not working!!! Dont't know y and don't know what else to do!!!!

HELP!

I use melted chocolate. (white)

Try some fondant melted in the microwave for eight seconds, I add just a small blob about the size of a walnut and a few drops of water. You can re micro it quite a few times but not longer than eight seconds, and don't touch it with your fingers

Me, too. I keep some colors on hand and mix a few candy melts together to sort of match the fondant.

I like the chocolate because you get some working time, but when it's set, it's SET.
