Planning to display 200+ cupcakes in a 2-day event for marketing purpose.. Even though its indoor event, I won't have access to any refrigerator. Planning to have different designs & flavors..

What flavors & designs could attract people? .. This is first time for me & I'm super nervous. I have never ordered cupcake boxes also in bulk.. Don't even have any idea on transporting SO many items in one go...

Any helping feedback would be REALLY appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I would for-go the boxes and get storage containers which are cheaper than boxes can be and you can keep them and reuse...I would include the basic flavors like Vanilla and chocolate as I have found if you try and go really crazy/excentric like Mango passionfruit etc...people may not respond as well as you hope...maybe add one different flavor like Mocha or Key Lime and Red Velvet is always a hit.

A long underbed plastic storage box works great for transport. I cut a piece of cardboard to make the bottom level, topped it with a piece of rubber shelf liner, and placed all the cupcakes in there. It worked great! For 200, you would need 2 boxes if they're as long as mine.

hi, i recently done my 1st wedding cake which included one 12" cake and 150 cupcakes. i made my cupcakes in advance and froze them hot dreatly they came out the oven. when i done a cupcake test out of a fresh cupcake, a cooked then cooled then froze and a hot one froze the hot one froze toped them all. i done all my buttercream the night before and used boxs to transport them.
i found some heavy duty cardboard ones that held 24 in a box wih inserts to stop them touching or moving and you cuuld also stack them which made transporting easyer.

i found these on ebay for about £1 a box.
