I was wondering if they make a spray to seal in the color on gumpaste flowers. I steam my flowers but the dark pink seems to still come off and make a mess.

How about airbrushing your flowers?

Depending upon the effect I want, I either just dust and steam, or dust and apply confectioners glaze straight, or diluted. For flowers where the glaze is not appropriate, or difficult to apply, I use an edible spray lacquer made by Confectionary Arts International. It is expensive, but it doesn't take much and is very easy to use.

Diluted glaze can be sprayed with a mister. Just remember to wash it out well with the diluent.
