Since CCM is not responding to ANYTHING I filed a complaint with the BBB of WA.

I'm curious...what happened? From your post, I gather you are having difficulty viewing the recent issue of cake central magazine.

It's never "just cake!"

You may get a cake for $way to little but you won't get this cake!

I too am frustrated with the lack of response. The subscription was a gift to a friend. She never recieved one copy of the magazine. I understand that the issues are available in a online format. My problem is...That is not what I ordered! Why is this "bait and switch" tactic being overlooked by people who's very jobs are to give their customers what they ordered? I would certainly never deliver a chocolate cake to a customer who ordered white and then reply to them "just be happy you got some kind of cake" thumbsdown.gif
I replied to an email CC Magazine sent asking if I wanted a refund, which I responded to. And still no response, no refund.

Sometime ago, I posted on CC asking if anyone knew how I could contact someone directly and to my disappointment the post was removed from the site. As I am sure this one will as well.

The BBB is a paid site, skewed by how much someone wants to pay for a rating. With this information surfacing a few years ago, it is virtually obsolete for reference.

Not to mention that CakeCentral's BBB rating is pretty much a non-issue, given how many people check the BBB before they order a magazine.

The best course of action if CC does not respond to you is to contact your credit card company and dispute the charge, even if it was a long time ago.

When I went online to order CCM it seemed that the only issues available were digital.
I have no desire for that.

Do they even offer a paper magazine anymore?
