Carrot cake tends to be really moist....wondering if anyone has a good recipe for a 3 tier cake with carrot cake being the bottom tier. Thanks!!

My carrot cake is very moist. I've used it many times in tiered & not tiered cakes. Your post sounds as though you are looking for a drier version. May I ask why?

If you are using good structural support (I use the coast system), the cake being moist shouldn't be a problem

It's never "just cake!"

You may get a cake for $way to little but you won't get this cake!
