Has anyone tried this? I am thinking about making cookies next month for the quilt guild that my mother belongs to, I think it would be a good way to spread the word.

Any ideas? or Pictures? I'm thinking squares with great details to look like quilt blocks.

thanks!

I think this sounds like a super cute idea, and it would be relatively easy to do if you were to use fondant or MMF... if you have a square cookie cutter!
I recently tried using MMF on cookies, as opposed to royal, and it's amazing! you can achieve some totally different effects with it!

yes, I definitely need a square cutter, and maybe a four point star if I can find one. I just got my new KA today, so I am going to try the MMF. I need to search the forum and see how long/if I can store it.

thanks!

you can store it for a very long time... i've stored a batch for well over a month, with no ill effects. you may just have to pop it in the microwave for a couple of seconds to soften it again.
when you're storing it, double wrap it in plastic wrap and keep it completely airtight... you'll have no problems!
cheers,
jill
