Good evening! I spoke with a client tonight about a wedding, I will be doing cupcakes and 3-4 "decadent" cakes. When I asked what flavors she had in mind she suggested Carrot and chocolate.... She also wants a "popular" cake she has seen lately, it's an Apple caramel pie cake baked in a pie pan. I can't seem to find anything like this, any advice?

Also, back to the decadent cakes... any suggestions on making a decadent carrot or chocolate cake? And another flavor that would be nice? Dessert tables is something I have never done so I need a little advice on these!!
