I would really appreciate any ideas on this one as I am stumped!
Does anyone know how i can do the sides of a pump shoe (like the one pictured).
I have tried asking the decorator that made this one but havent had a reply and I need to complete these shoes asap.

It looks like a stitching wheel was used for the top edge. For the patina, it looks like it was painted on with a food color/vodka mix. See near the heel? It looks like brush marks.
