I Need A Fresh Look. Does He Look Right To You?

I think he's adorable! Maybe it is just a matter of moving the tiny white highlights on his eyes so they aren't facing in opposite directions.
One of the ears is a bit higher than the other...but not so much that I'd do anything about it. Maybe the eyes are a bit far apart. Really, though, I think it looks great. It might be one of those things where you try to fix it and end up making something that wasn't really a problem into one...I do that a lot.
Awww, so cute, you did a great job! Do you want him looking right at you? It is funny by I tried looking at him from other angles (as many as you can get with a picture) and it does look like he is looking at you. I feel a confession coming on
I haven't tried doing figurines so I don't know much about it, but I really like it!

I agree w/this. The 1st thing I saw was the eyes being a bit too far apart.
I do see the difference in the ears. Iwill fix that. I always mess with something until I ruin it so that is why I sought help before that happened. I just want this to be perfect because it is for such a special priest who is being transfered. Thanks guys
Forgive me, because he's really adorable, but he looks a little bug-eyed to me. Could you remove the eyes, cut a hole in the flesh colored fondant/paste, and then put the eyes in?
Maybe that is it. I kept thinking the eyes were to big but maybe they are just too far apart.
So cute. He doesn't have eyebrows was the first thing that struck me. I know a lot of people don't put them on but from personal experience it can make all the difference. Maybe that will balance out the size that others have mentioned. I feel your pain I always struggle with eyes.
I really think it's just the white dots. Those are to indicate the light shining, which would be from the same side naturally.

Yep, the white dots need to be "going in the same direction", so one is at the "outside" of an eye and the other would then be near the nose for the other eye.
Hope that makes sense.
He's cute.

Here he is. I added eyebrows and moved the eyes closer. I made the little white reflections in his eyes smaller and changed the location which is something that never dawned on me to do but makes total sense now. I think he looks a little better. I do agree he is alittle bugged eyed but I thik if I try to cut into his head and set the eyes in I will mess the whole thing up. I really think I have looked at him to much. I still have 3 boys to sculpt for this cake so I need to move on.
Oops! Forgot to say thanks for all the help everyone. You guys always come through when I need you. I will post a pic when the cake is done so you can see the finished product.
