I'm thinking of starting a stall at my local weekend markets. Wondering if anyone with experience could share any tips?
My questions.....
What do you sell? (I'm thinking mini and standard cupcakes and cake pops, with a few dummy cakes on display?)
How much do you charge?
How many do you bake? Is this based on a % of foot traffic?
How many do you sell on average?
How do you package your product?

Any help would be awesome. I'm hoping to use this as a way to get my new cake business name out there and also to make $ of course.

I know answers to these questions totally depend on location, type of markets etc. but any feedback would be great.
