IM NEW AT DECORATING I REALLY WANT TO MAKE COOKIES FOR MY SONS BIRTHDAY PARTY BUT HAVENT BEEN ABLE TO FIND CUTTERS AND DONT EVEN KNOW WHERE TO START BY DECORATING WITH THE ROYAL ICING THIS WOULD BE THE VERY FIRST TIME SO I BASCIALLY NEED HELP WITH IT ALL LOL THANKS IN ADVANCE
