I am looking for a really good recipe for mini cupcakes that would use a brownie mix to start with. We need to do 300 of them for a fundraiser for disabled children, and I am trying to make things easier, but yet I want something decadent and yummy. Would anyone have a favorite recipe that would help me out? Thanks so much.

I don't have a box mix recipe, but I do have a simple recipe that was my favorite Christmas cookie, made by my grandmother when I was young.

I have shared it on my website. If you are interested, it is very easy and always has great results.

Here's the base recipe I use: http://www.duncanhines.com/recipes/brownies/dh/brownie-gems. When I've made these on a large scale, I've gone to a warehouse store to purchase ginormous boxes of mix, then bake according to the directions in the recipe. Depending on the quantity, I might pipe a dollop of frosting or drizzle some glaze on the baked brownie gems. They turn out great and are just the right size for large parties. Good luck!
