What is the most economicial and user friendly printer to purchase for printing edible photo's. I do not do cakes for sale but for family birthdays and elderely folks so it would be used no more that 2 or three times a month at the most. Also want one that is easy and economicial with the recommended carthridges it uses. I need info ASAP so I can get one ordered on line or at local store. Thanks!

I got my Canon IP3600 from ebay for $70 a few months ago. I love it! It came with non edible inks which I turned around and listed on ebay and sold for $25
I got my edible inks and sheets from icingimages.com.
Everything works great!

ditto to those recommendations! You need to print with it once at week at least to keep the inks going, but you can just print a test page on regular paper.

Thanks for the recommendations! But Please remember what KoryAK Said...you must print regularly. We do not recommend people buy an edible printer UNLESS they are able to use it about once per week. If you cannot commit to that then you will not like edible printing! There are companies out there that will print just the image for you and mail it to you which would be a better option for you.
