Hi all,

So last weekend I make some cookies for my nieces best friend bridal shower. I made the Toba butter cookies with pictures of the happy couple on each of the 30 cookies. I used chocolate melts to attach the photos and to cover the seams. Everyone loved them. The bride cried I heard when she saw them. It was displayed in a treasure chest.its a beach wedding in Antigua next month.

Since everyone at this shower was ooh and ahhhh over the cookies the bride now wants them for her reception in Antigua.
Now I need help. All parties are leaving NY on 8/18(Saturday) and the wedding is the following Saturday 8/25. If I make the cookies on Friday 8/17 for them to fly down with do they have to put it in the freezer or fridge to keep it fresh? Will the colors on the pictures run if they do so? Any advice on how I should pack?

Also I dont think I could use the chocolate melts because of the heat in Antigua. What are you all using to attach your photos other than royal icing?

Thanks a bunch.
