Has anyone tried Peggy Porschen's buttercream recipe?

It is equal amounts of butter and powdered sugar. Do you think it would be too buttery?

I use a 1:3 ratio of butter to powdered sugar and it's delicious. I haven't tried Peggy's recipe but suspect it may be too buttery knowing what the 1:3 tastes like. Hope this helps (oh, and add a little milk or other liquid as needed for a good consistency). icon_smile.gif
