Carved fish cake: how many would it serve

Attention to those wonderfully creative cakers who have carved a fish cake: how many servings did you get out of your cake (and what size of pan did you use?) I've gotten a request for a carved bass grooms cake to serve 70 people.
No license or insurance. Put lead wires in cakes, never wash hands, cake boards are used cardboard. No contracts cause I can't read or write. No lawyer cause I'm judgment proof. I bake with old mix boxes found behind Walmart. Now about my question

I made a carved mahi. Without the rear fins, it was 24 inches long and 9" wide at the head. It was 3" thick in the middle, tapered to about 2" at the head & tail. I estimated it at about 30 servings.

I'd think that a 70 serving fish cake would be HUGE if it's in proper proportions. I, personally, wouldn't have the resources to work on it, or move it around.

I actually needed 85 servings in that cake, so I "mounted" the fish on a plaque that was 36x12x2. It worked out very well. See below.

Thanks!

Excluding baking, board cutting, etc., putting together the base "plaque" cake and carving+decorating the fish, I'd say it took about 5 hours. With the carving, there's a lot of "waiting" time while things set up in the fridge, etc.
