Hi all,
I was wondering if anyone out there could tell me if the Duff brand air brush is any good? I am currently riding the fence on purchasing an airbrush....originally looking at an Iwata brand one which are pricey, but as they are sold thru my cake supply shop in Canada, I figured that it would be good considering that I can order replacement parts, add ons etc. However, Micheals sells the duff brand one that is considerably cheaper, especially with the 40% off coupon.
Also, just how much use would I get from an airbrush? Can I cover a cake with just white fondant then paint the whole thing a colour, or is colouring the fondant prior to applying it still best.....for the cake not so much my poor arms!
