How to do these tiers??

Hi everyone. I was hoping for some advice on how to stack this cake. I am do a 3 tier cake 8,10,12. I really like the way the two cakes are seperated but I don't know what is used to do it nor how to do it. Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I also see, that the bottom tier is on top of a smaller seperator. You would cover a piece of styrofoam with the ribbon and then the bling. YOu can get this styrofoam at michaels, etc. someone else might have another suggestion on what to cover. i have just always used styrofoam. hth

That's what I would do, too, icer 101. Just make sure that the styrofoam pieces are covered in something like Press-N-Seal so none of it touches the cake.

So as far as stacking it how would you go about that? I plan on using sps for the cake...

Make sure the styrofoam spacers are on their own corrugated cake circle (or plate) to prevent your support system from piercing through the foam.

Each tier on its own board, SPS under the top tier and under each styrofoam separator. Stack on site using adhesive on the top of the separators.
