Can anyone tell me what size of cake Michele Fosters fondant recipe will cover??

I can't say for sure, but I've made it few times, and each time I used it to cover a 9-inch round, and it still had a lot more leftover, from the look of it I would assume it could have covered another 9-inch.
But then I live in a hot and humid climate so I used more PS than it was called for hence I probably got more fondant (volume) as a result.

Michele Foster's recipe makes about 3 1/2 lbs. Here is a handy chart that can help you.

ROUND CAKE, 2 LAYERS

6"........1 lb
7"........1 1/2 lb
8"........2 lbs
9"........2 1/4 lbs
10"......2 1/2 lbs
12"......3 1/2 lbs
14"......4 lbs

SQUARE CAKE, 2 LAYERS

6".........1 1/2 lbs
7".........2 lbs
8".........2 1/4 lbs
9".........2 1/2 lbs
10".......3 lbs
12".......4 lbs
14".......5 lbs

SHEET CAKE, 1 LAYER

9 x 13".....1 lb
11 x 15"...1 1/2 lbs
12 x 18",,,2 lbs.
