I'm trying to come up with a Death By Chocolate cupcake. I thought I had it all figured out but when I made them this evening I wasn't "over the moon". Here is what I did: Chocolate cake (box mix w/ extender recipe, plus another extra ingredient here and there) Filled it with a chocolate mousse (1 C heavy whipping cream, 1 C milk, 1 pkg pudding) and topped with Chocolate Marshmallow Fudge icing (recipe from Cake Doctor) Love the cake. Love the icing. Don't love the filling. I think I have decided to use the Marshmallow Fudge Icing as the filling... but now I need an icing for this triple threat chocolate cupcake. Anyone have a recipe they think would pair well here?
