I made a large sheet cake this weekend and was told it was dry. It seems to happen a lot with white cakes. I dont understand why. I made the cake with buttermilk wich I thought helped it be more moist. I had left over batter and I made cupcakes and they were fine. What am I doing wrong? Any advice would be great! I have a larger cake to make in a couple of weeks and I dont want this happening again!
