Business expansion plan

I am in the process of writing a business plan for the expansion of my business of 3yrs. Does anyone have a guide or template that they may have used online that can assist me? This is a 2012 project that involves the move of my business from my home to a new kitchen with storage and office space. Anyone has a template tailored to expansion for a business in cakes, cupcakes & cookies or baked goods? Also, if there is anyone on CC who has successfully made the move from home-based to commercial kitchen and is willing to assist me can PM. Thanks icon_smile.gif

Hi Pearl,

You can google it and get a template. My advice is that the more the investment, the more comprehensive the plan should be.

Be sure to get your demographics, pull out your target, and have a plan to reach them. Don't forget an analysis of your competitors and then place yourself honestly in the mix.

On the numbers side, leave no stone unturned. If you need help, just pm me.
