Covering a Zero in fondant help

I have to cover a no. 10 with fondant. I need help with covering the "0". when you place the fondant over the zero how do you get about covering the entire "hole" in the center of the zero? Do i push the fondant into the hole and smooth it down. is there an easier way. i want it to look like a real zero, I dont want the hole covered and forgotten,help.

When you cover the cake, push enough fondant into the hole so that you can cover the inside edges. Then make a cut in the middle and smooth it down as usually.

Thanks Mcaulir, thought of that but was wondering whether there would be enough fondant to shub in right to the bottom and make it neat. Just read in an old post, to first cover the lining of the hole with a piece of fondant, then drape the fondant over the entire number and cut a hole and smooth it down. Thanks for your advise too. If anyone else has more tips, pls let me know. tks.
