Recipe with chilli vodka anyone?

Does anyone have a recipe I could use chilli vodka in?
I was making stuffed chocolate vodka chillis and now have 350ml (about 12fl oz) of chilli flavoured vodka. Seems such a waste to just throw it out! Im thinking like a chocolate cake or something would use a bit but not sure how to go about it or if anyone would have better ideas?

You would slice the cake and sprinkle this stuff on all the layers.

Also check saveur.com if you drink. They have a series called Friday Cocktails and some of those use this kind of infused vodka.

i think you shold try Eristoff vodka because you can get lots of variety with Eristoff vodka.
