I am trying to match this cake; which a bride found and would like to use. She calles the color milk chocolate. The other coloring isn't a problem since she is using real ribbon and different flowers. If anyone could advise on how to achieve this color I would appreciate it? Should I just use a dab of brown and go from there because to me the color has a different shade othere than a milk chocolate. Thanks in Advance.... Also does this cake look like its 1 layer (2")?Just doesn't look tall... Thx

They are 3" tiers, ie baked in 3" tall cake pans.

I would ask for a color swatch from the bride, then work from there to get your fondant color. You have better luck fine-tuning the color with red, black and yellow rather than just adding brown colour, IMO.

HTH.

I would add a small amount of chocolate fondant to the white fondant.

If the birde is fussy I definately would insist on her providing a color sample - a good size piece of ribbon or other fabric.
