i've been taking cake decorating classes here and there, but does anyone know a cake decorating school in california that i can attend.?

In Pasadena the Le Cordon Bleu has a Pastry Department that is dedicated just to that.

Cal Java International in San Fernando Valley (which is part of Los Angeles) brings in very well known and reputable Cake Designers for weekend classes.

where in Cal are you? there is a store in Berkeley (bay area) called Spun Sugar that has great classes/courses in cake making/decorating to pulled sugar art.
