What a fabulous first market experience! I set up and put out the cupcakes and couldn't even finish the final touches before I had a line up for people to get cupcakes! My first customer took a dozen right off the bat! I had nothing but compliments from every person who walked by, even if they didn't buy something they were saying how gorgeous the table was. I had a lady come and ask me to attend her market 1 town over as they do not have a cupcake booth and she doesn't let just anyone into her market
My mason jars got off to a slow start but I went with 8 red velvets and i sold them all but 1. I took about 10 dozen cupcakes and let with less than a dozen i believe.
The area of this market is family orientated so thankfully the mass amounts of pregnant ladies helped with selling
I was talking to my surrounding vendors and they were congratulating me and saying i was the firecracker of the market, lol. I'm just so thankful there seems to be a market for them in this town. Everyone kept asking me why I didn't have a storefront ( NO WAY!!!!! I have no time for that) I was lucky enough to have my husband who is a photographer come out and take pictures for me so i will definitively post some when he gets around to freeing them up.
