commercial mixers 20qt.

I am in Iowa about to convert from a home kitchen to a commercial kitchen in my home. I need to buy a 20 qt. mixer and was wondering if anyone had an opinion. Of course, I know Hobart is the best, but I don't want to spend that kind of money at this time. My local restaurant supply guy recommended EuroDib, but I haven't heard or can find alot about it. Any experience with this or other brands beside Hobart?

Right now I have 3 KAs. Artisan, a Pro500, and the new 1.2 HP 7qt. The 7qt may stay in my home kitchen!!!!

I had a 20 qt. Univex Mixer for 20 years and never had a problem with it. I feel confident recommending this Univex Mixer to you.
