I'm making my first wedding cake due August 10th. I need to feed 120 people and would like suggestions on what size pans to stack. My thoughts are to use 12", 10", 8" and the 6" for the anniversary cake which I won't include in the feeding count. I've viewed several cake cutting guides and using the event style cut I would only have 119 servings. Does anyone have another suggestion?
