I am looking ahead to my daughter's birthday and she has asked for an Aurora (Sleeping Beauty) cake. I'd like to do a nice castle for her and while i have teh Wilton castle set, I like the look of these styrofoam castles a little better:

I watched the video on how to airbrush them and tak ethem apart as well. Has anyone uses these? If so, did you like them? Where they easy to use/

Conversely, if I go with teh Wilton set, I'd really like to cover the tower portion (not the turret on top) with fondant. has anyone done that? i think I would like the plastic columns to be colored in some way.
