Hey I just wanted to let anyone who cares or likes Duff's fondant that I picked some up for $1 per bucket at my local party city store. I bought 2 buckets of the black 2lbs size and several of the tiny ones in various colors. I am gonna check other Party City stores to see if it's a buck at all locations. According to the sales girl they just want it out of the stores but they will continue to sell it online. I figured it couldn't be that bad for a dollar lol... just can't beat that price.

Wow! you can't beat that deal. I use fondant for decorations, roses, etc but not for covering cakes. I'm in California, I'm going to check Party City 1st thing in the morning. Thank you!

Check the expiration date on the buckets. Old fondant at a buck a pail is a waste of a buck.

First thing I checked Irene they aren't expired and I opened one and it tastes delicious. Money well spent if it handles well for covering. I've never used it before so my fingers are crossed.
