I have been getting requests for those big cookies..not the ones that cover an entire pan, but a good 6 inch or so round cookies. My recipes just won't do it. Should I be scooping them differently or is there a secret to getting those nice big round cookies (oatmeal, chocolate chip, macadamia nut, etc)

For yrs I made cookies from cake mix in sizes from 8" through 12" - mostly round or heart. Occasionally I did use a different/scratch recipe. All I did was pat the dough into pans. Guess that really won't h elp you does it?

use a lot of dough, try 1 cup to start. pat the dough and bake at 325-350.
