Made a cake house (Pinkalicious) and a RKT roof to go on top. But for some reason, my RKT was too lumpy this time and I had to cover it 2X with fondant. Now it feels quite heavy. It is 3 layers of cake and I have support. But I"m afraid the roof is going to be too heavy. The cake is frozen right now
I am prepared to have to redo OR " fix" the roof but it was a lot of work in the first place, so the less work the better. I do not want to use gingerbread....It is for my daughter's 5th b-day and therefore important - don't want it sinking/buckling.
Do you think it will hold or should I redo? If so, what's best way... what to use?
