If you have a flare for graphic design, you can do it yourself! That, unfortunately, is not my skill set. But go to Etsy and search for "printables" and you'll find tons of different party themes with gorgeous graphics you can print out and use. My favorite company is Frog Prince Paperie http://frogprincepaperie.com
Then all you need to do is print out the graphics on adhesive label paper, cut out, and use! Most printables designers make standard sized graphics that work well with scrapbook punches so you can get perfect, easy cut-outs.
If you don't have a color printer, you can take the files to any print shop (small independent, Staples, etc.) and they'll print them out for you.
If you're looking for a custom label for a business, I'd go to the custom sticker manufacturers. I buy so many stickers for my business (not baking) at a time, that I go years between orders, and never remember who I used before. There are lots of good companies out there, though. Just google around.
