What's The Earliest I Can Bake/decorate?

I am doing a birthday cake for a party on Sunday (in two weeks). If I bake the cakes on Friday night, wrap them, then decorate them on Saturday morning/afternoon, will that be ok? I don't want them to dry out. Would it be better to bake them all on Saturday morning? I worry about running out of time if I do that.
I always bake my cakes well in advance and freeze them. I find them easier to frost after they have been frozen. Make sure to wrap them well and let them defrost completely before icing.

That should be okay. Wrap is the importanet thing. I will often bake , cool, fill, crumbcoat and then wrap if it is a few days before delivery day. Especially when I get bogged down with work that week. That way I can go back to it to ice and decorate when I have the chance just before delivery.
