Stacking styrofoam dummies with one real tier?

Making a cake in september for a wedding and it's going to be a 4 tier cake with the bottom one real cake. The bride likes the idea of this cake. http://pinterest.com/pin/172192385722917221/

So I'm thinking I'll have to have it fully assembled for delivery but not sure how stable it will be because there's not really any support. So basically how do I go about stacking the dummies along with the bottom tier of real cake and make it stable enough to drive an hour?

My suggestion is check out the SPS support structure. It is the best for everything. There is a thread on CC for it.
