need supplies in toronto canada

i will be in toronto canada this summer and was wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction. they have a big chinese population and i would like to get some info, possibly:
- which treats are favorites
- great recipe book on their cakes and desserts
- maybe a moon cake mold or other molds used for their treats

You need to head down to Chinatown. Along Spadina between College and Dundas West streets...there are many kitchen stores that sell moon cake moulds among other things like steamers.

Books--if you read Mandarin or Cantonese there are also books on carving food for garnishes.
