If you bake using a commercial oven, what is the brand that you use and do you love it? I am researching ovens and I have an opportunity on a brand new bakers pride oven or a Sunfire by Garland.. is anyone familiar with these?

I just built my cake castle - I purchased a Deluxe Cake Oven - the three rack model and I love it!

Yes,I agree!!!!
I have a 2 rack DeLuxe oven for my custom wedding cake business and a 3 rack DeLuxe oven for my cupcake shop. I LOVE my ovens!!!
