Hello fellow cakers!
After all of the good advice I have been reading here, I just felt the need to give back to the cake community! I came across this article and couldn't help but think of all the posts I read here about the "bad apples" we come across when doing business. Enjoy!! =D

Thanks Sweet. I can't count the times I have posted that exact message only to be hit with almost 100% opposition.

These are common PR practices in every industry. Notice the article is not industry-specific. They have been used and perfected for years. This is where a little business knowledge is just as important as cake knowledge.
