I am having problems finding a good white cupcake liner. I am having a problem with them being spread out when I put them in the baking tin.
When I fill them with batter they fold at the top of the cupcake leaving a messy unprofessional look. It seems that I need something that will hold its shape like a glassine/greaseproof liner. Does anyone have any suggestions on white cupcake liner that you like?
I found some locally at Michaels. I'm sorry - I don't remember the brand, but they were foil lined and worked beautifully. They only had them in packages of 36 though - which may not be enough for you. I'm going back tomorrow and can check on the brand if it's of any use to you?? Let me know.
It sounds like your pan doesn't fit standard liners or the liners are inexpensive and do come almost flat. I did try some of those when I experimented before opening and the flat ones still fit, so maybe it's your pan.
Go to the grocery store and buy Reynold's Foil liners. If they fit, your pan is standard.
For quality liners, I exclusively use ones from The Bakers Kitchen and Charming Creations Baking. I am sure they crry the same brand, just different sizes. I use the brown parchment but they have white. Actually slightly off white.
The Reynolds brand fit perfectly and I am looking for a 2 x 1 1/4 size. I will check those websites out.
Thanks Again
Charming Creations gives all sizes to the eighth inch.
I bought some beautiful liners on ebay when I was experimenting. They were pretty, but completely useless. They are good for placing tiny desserts on a buffet.
I like the Reynolds white liners (box of 300 or 500 at GFS) or the Reynolds white with foil liners from the grocery store. They're the only ones that consistently stay on the cupcake, at least for me.
I agree, white Reynolds cc liners ffrom Gordon Food Service. Work great and great price.
I had issues with all of my liners caving in on my cupcakes, until I tried Sweets & Treats Boutique. Online store. Best liners, I will never buy anywhere else. Check her out.
