I've seen this on the shelf at a local cake supply store and have been curious, but not $15 curious!
I usually use vanilla beans and extracts for cakes, but there are times that Princess Flavoring is the flavor profile that I want, not exactly natural, but a teaspoon in a batter adds a nice flavor. I've heard that these two flavorings are similar.

The first time I used it was the first time I made Sharon Zambito's buttercream recipe. I didn't realize at the time I bought it that it was NOT the same as wedding bouquet flavoring. So I put 4 tablespoons in my BC. When I tasted it, it had a very citrusy flavor. By the way, it was CK brand.
I ended up coloring half of it orange, and using the bullet method with half white half orange, piped it on some vanilla cupcakes, and they were the best dreamsicle cupcakes this side of the Mississippi! lol
Now I just use a teaspoon or two in the same recipe, and it gives a nice mellow flavor.
But I have heard that different brands have different strong notes, so while you may like one brand of cream bouquet, you may not like another brand.
