They contacted my bakery to do some advertising a while ago, they were too expensive (even after they reduced the price) compared to other options like Google AdWords, Facebook, and Yelp.

I got nothing from it, and when I cancelled they were nasty about it and told me that they'd sent me a lot of traffic. That didn't check out with the stats on my website, which didn't show much of anything coming from there. In my area brides who are using the knot post questions about who's the cheapest, so it's more of a bargain-hunter site than anything else.

I have advertised on the knot for 2 years now. In my area the knot is not expensive to advertise on. I get about 40% of all my brides from the knot. I would recommend the knot.
