Hi, I made modeling chocolate for only the 2nd time today. I made it once before to make roses but I couldn't get it to work. It seemed way too sticky. I made it again today and i'm going to try mixing it with fondant to cover a cake. But it seems really really greasy to me. Should it be greasy?

It may be a little on the greasy side at first. Did you give it time to set up? Place a bit on a paper towel, Was there a larger oil stain than you would have liked? Was it too soft after cooling.
All these are signs that you did not add enough corn syrup.
However, if after cooling down it works fine you may want to keep some cornstarch handy and use it while you are working.
