I was wondering if anyone has used the Fat Daddy Mad Dadder pans, if so are they easy to use. Is it worth is to buy them to make a topsy turvey cake?

If you can bake one topsy-turvy cake per month then YES. They eliminate the waste of carving off 1/4 of your cake. Not to mention that the surface is easier to crumb coat.
