Hi, I was wondering how far in advance I can frost cupcakes & store them in the refrigerator for a party this weekend? I am using cloud like frosting to frost them, the ingredients are sugar, egg whites, water, cream of tartar & vanilla. Thanks icon_smile.gif

Storing them at all in the refrigerator will dry them out. The best thing to do is to bake the night before and frost just before the event.

If you can't do that, some members have been successful with freezing.
