I was wondering if there is anyone here whos done an outdoor event yet? Like a having a booth or table at a fair or something similar? If so, how do you plan and organize everything? What do you chose to display and sell? What quantity do you bring with you?

Oh this is such a difficult thing to answer> There are so many different considerations.
What is the event? How many people does it usually draw? All adults; some children; mostly kids etc?
Time of day? Who is the organizer? What do you know about the last time the event was offered?
If it a wine tasting? A type of bridal show? Farmer's market?
