Hi, there are so many. some members on this site have some. Jennifer Dontz(sugardelites.com) Sharon Zambito(sharonssugarshack.com) Edna (tonedna), her site is Designmeacake.com.. Anything that Nicholas Lodges has , Anything Scott Clark Woolley has. He also has some on his site. On this site under forums and then how do i. you will see a lot of tutorial to link to. They are all great.. MOst of the time, you can just google the flower you want(not all the time) and get a tutorial. hth
I would agree with the above post, these are great resources. I'd like to add Jacqueline Butler from Petalsweet to the list. Her flowers are amazing, and while most of her methods are proprietary for her classes (which I would love to take), she does offer a great online class through Craftsy. The course teaches her hydrangeas, filler flowers, buds, & leaves. It also has instructions for Nicholas Lodge's gumpaste. She goes step by step and explains things really well.
I like Sugar Roses For Cakes and Sugar Orchids for Cakes by Alan Dunn. Most of the videos I've seen put me to sleep and don't offer anything you can't get on you tube or from a book.
