I was curious how others support toppers on a wedding cake. It's a rather heavy crystal heart that lays on its side. I don't want it to sink in, so would I just put dowels and a covered support board? Plus, it has no base so tipping forward or back is a concern also. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
